Two appeals were taken up for hearing analogously.
Finding the appellants in CRA 141 of 2020 not to be
appearing, a Rule was issued against such appellants on December
1, 2022.
In response to such Rule, affidavit filed by the appellants in
CRA 141 of 2020, be taken on record.
For the ends of justice, the causes shown in the affidavit are
accepted as sufficient. Rule being CRR 4447 of 2022 issued as
against the appellants of CRA 141 of 2020 stands discharged. Such
appellants are also discharged from the undertaking they gave to
Court on December 9, 2022.
