Damodar Valley Corporation submits that the judgment passed by this Court on 2nd December, 2022 in WPA 23775 of 2022 (BLA Projects Private Limited Vs. Damodar Valley Corporation & Ors.), which is a similar matter, to the present writ petition, was challenged by the Damodar Valley Corporation and is to be heard by a Division Bench on 14th December, 2022.

Since an appeal is pending from the judgment passed by this Court, list this matter on 19th December, 2022.

The submission on behalf of counsel appearing for the respondents that the respondents shall not proceed further in the tender until 19th December, 2022 is noted.
