The Court: Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the judgment

debtor submits that challenging jurisdiction of this Court they have

preferred SLP which is filed on 28.11.2022 before the Hon'ble Supreme

Court but due to some defects it has not been numbered as yet. Decree

holder on the contrary seeks for passing of an order in terms of prayer 10

(a), (h), (i) and (j) of the Tabular Statement. Since no stay order has yet

been passed by the Apex Court the judgment debtor is directed to file

affidavit disclosing all his assets and properties and means of the

judgment debtor to satisfy the decree by the next date. The judgment

debtor is hereby restrained from selling, transferring, alienating,

disposing of, encumbering or creating any third party right over the

immovable assets mentioned in column 10(i) of tabular statement to the

extent of the decretal amount of Rs. 10,14,000/- till further order.

Let the matter appear three weeks after reopening.
