The Court: By consent of the parties the matter is taken up for hearing.

Mr. Singh appears on behalf of the judgment debtor nos.1 and 3. It is

submitted on behalf of both the parties that inadvertently a warrant of arrest has

been issued against the judgment-debtor no.1 who is a lady.

In view of the aforesaid, there shall be an order of stay of the warrant of arrest

against the judgment debtor no.1.

The decree holder is represented and does not object to such prayer.

In so far as the Affidavit of Assets which were directed to be filed by the

judgment debtor nos.1 and 3, the same shall be filed within the course of this week.

The Advocate on behalf of the award debtor undertakes to file the Affidavit of

Assets on behalf of the judgment debtor nos.1 and 3 within the course of the week

and serve copies thereof on the award holder.

Let this matter appear on 13th January, 2023 "For Examination" before the

Regular Bench.
