The Court: The petitioner seeks for an order in terms of Column 10(b)

and 10(g) of the tabular statement.

The decree involved in the present case is Rs.47,04,822.25. Since the

decretal amount has not yet been paid, the principal officers of judgment-

debtor is directed to file an affidavit disclosing their properties or means of

satisfying the decree within three weeks from date. The judgment-debtor is

also restrained from dealing with and/or disposing of and/or alienating

and/or transferring and/or parting with possession of any asset or property

mentioned in paragraph 7 of the tabular statement without leaving apart the

decretal amount.

Let the matter appear on 20th January, 2023.
