The appeal is directed against the judgment of conviction dated September 18, 2020 and order of sentence dated September 19, 2020. The appellant seeks preferring appeal therefrom. The prayer for preferring such appeal was filed on December 21, 2021. Learned advocate appearing for the appellant submits that in view of the various orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India extending the period of limitation from time to time, the appeal is within time. He refers to last of such orders dated September 23, 2021. The Hon'ble Supreme Court by the order dated September 23, 2021 extended the period of limitation from March 15, 2020 till October 2, 2021.
In such circumstances, the present appeal is within the period of limitation in view of the order dated September 23, 2021 of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
Appeal is admitted.

Call for the trial Court records. Paper books be prepared within eight weeks from the date of receipt of trial Court records.
Realization of fine, if any, shall remain stayed.
