                                 The appellant is directed to serve a copy of this

                   application on the respondent by registered speed post with

acknowledgment due in course of this week along with a notice

indicating that this application shall be listed for hearing three

weeks hence. In the event the respondent is not represented on the

adjourned date, the matter shall be taken up in the absence of the

respondent.

The appellant shall file an affidavit of service on the

next date of hearing.

The petitioner shall also file an affidavit disclosing the

details of her assets and liabilities in form as mentioned in

Enclosure-I of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the

case of Rajnesh vs. Neha reported in 2012 (2) S.C.C. 314.

The husband shall also file an affidavit disclosing his

assets and liabilities in the same form on the returnable date.
