Taking into consideration the contents of the Receiver's report and submission of

learned counsel appearing for the decree-holder that the judgment and decree of this

Court dated 25th August, 2006 has been executed and satisfied and accordingly this

execution application stands disposed of by recording that the aforesaid judgment and

decree stands satisfied.

Decree-holder shall pay further remuneration of Rs. 25,000/- to the learned

Receiver within a week from date.

Learned Receiver is discharged.
