been non-compliance of the order dated 17th September, 2021 nor have the judgment

debtors filed their affidavit of assets in terms of Form 16A, Appendix E of the Code of

Civil Procedure, 1908. In view of the aforesaid, the time to file the affidavit of assets is

extended by a period of 14 weeks from date.

Let this matter appear 14 weeks hence. In default of filing of an affidavit of

assets, appropriate orders for warrant of arrest would be issued against the judgment

debtors. The decree holder is directed to intimate the judgment debtors forthwith of

the passing of this order.
