The Court : Heard learned counsel appearing for the judgment-
debtor and the decree-holder.
This is an application for execution of the judgment and decree
dated 24th February, 2015. By the order dated 3rd August, 2022, learned
counsel appearing for the judgment-debtor was asked to take specific
instruction with regard to the satisfaction of the judgment and decree in
question for eviction from the premises in question.
Learned counsel appearing for the judgment-debtor on instruction
of his client/judgment debtor prays for six months time to vacate the
premises in question. Since more than seven years have been passed
after passing the judgment and decree, a period of four months from date
is granted to the judgment-debtor to vacate the premises in question on
condition that the judgment-debtor shall file an undertaking to this
Court to such effect by 24th August, 2022.
List this matter on 24th August, 2022 as 'To Be Mentioned' for filing
such undertaking and for consideration of other part of the judgment
and decree.
Let the instruction filed in Court be kept with the record.
