The writ petition was initially dismissed by a
judgment and order dated 21st January, 2019. The said
judgment was on being carried to appeal in MAT 323 of
2019 was upheld by a judgment of the Division Bench
dated 5th August, 2019. In review the order dated 5th
August, 2019 was recalled and the order passed by the
learned Single Judge dated 21st January, 2019 was set
aside.
The instant writ petition was restored its file for
being heard on merits.
After hearing the parties and considering the
materials on record, I find that the matter requires
further scrutiny upon exchange of affidavits.
Affidavit-in-opposition be filed by 10th June, 2022.
Reply, if any, thereto be filed by 24th June, 2022.
Let this matter appear in the list on 30th June,
2022.
