The present revisional application has been preferred

against the judgment and order passed by the learned Additional

District and Sessions Judge, 2nd Fast Track Court, City Sessions

Court, Bichar Bhawan, Calcutta in connection with Criminal Appeal

No.183 of 2019.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits

that, already at the time of admission of the appeal, a sum of

Rs.37,400/- was paid.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to deposit

a sum of Rs.50,000/- by 19th April, 2022 before the learned

Metropolitan Magistrate, 13th Court, Calcutta in connection with

Case No.C-47125 of 2009.

List the revisional application under the same heading on

20th April, 2022.

The prayer for stay would be considered on the next date

so fixed.
