This matter is listed at the instance of the Department. Seen the report of the Section Officer / Assistant Registrar dated 31st March, 2022 pointing out some typographical errors crept in the judgement and order dated 13th December, 2021.

In the 4th paragraph at the first page of the said judgment the words "learned additional Sessions Judge, Third Court, Bankura" have wrongly been typed instead of the words "learned additional Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Bankura" as also in the 4th paragraph of the last page of the said judgment the words "learned Sessions Judge, Second Court, Bankura in Sessions Trial No. 4(6)/1996" have wrongly been typed instead of the words "learned additional Sessions Judge, Second Court, Bankura in Sessions Trial No. 4(6)/ 1995".

The mistakes are apparent.

The office is directed to correct the judgment and order dated 13th December, 2021 accordingly.

Let this order be read conjointly with the judgment and order dated 13th December, 2021.
