The Court: Supplementary Affidavit filed on behalf of the judgment debtor
company be kept with the records. It appears from the Supplementary Affidavit
that save and except the two bank accounts, particulars whereof appear at
paragraph 4(e) and 4(h) of the judgment-debtor company, the judgment-debtor
company has no worthwhile assets to satisfy the decretal dues.
In view of the aforesaid, the balance lying to the credit of the judgment-
debtor company in the accounts particulars whereof appear at paragraphs 4(e)
and 4(h) of the Affidavit be transferred forthwith to the decree-holder.
The Andhra Bank, Kolkata Main Branch and the Axis Bank, Dalhousie
Branch are directed to act in terms of this order.
