The Court: There has been non-compliance of the order dated

23rd September, 2022.

Despite the visit of the Receiver on 5th October, 2021 the

Receiver was unable to implement the order.

The judgment debtor No.3 is represented and undertakes to

handover vacant possession of his portion of the subject premises by

the 16 May, 2022.

In view of the aforesaid, let this matter appear on 3rd May,

2022.
