The Court: Mr. Rudraman Bhattacharyya, Counsel appearing on behalf

of the petitioner, submits that the property that had been directed to be sold by

order dated 15th February, 2022 could not be sold as no buyer answered to the

notice of sale. He further submits that the husband of the judgment-debtor has

signed the terms of settlement and has accordingly bound himself to the debt

payable by the wife being the judgment-debtor.

In light of the same, let there be order in terms of prayer (d) of the

tabular statement.

Parties are directed to file their affidavit of assets within four weeks from

date failing which further necessary orders shall be passed.

Both the persons should be present in Court on the returnable date.

Let this matter appear four weeks hence.
