warrant of arrest is extended by a period of thirteen weeks from date.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of police and the Officer-in-Charge of
the local Police Station are directed to implement this order and ensure due
execution of the warrants of arrest and production of the judgment debtors
before this court on or before the returnable date.
The Superintendent of Police is directed to file a report as to why the
warrants of arrest have not been executed till date.
