The Court: By an order dated 4th March, 2022, a co-ordinate Bench had

appointed a Receiver and directed him to visit the premises that have been

revealed by the judgment debtor nos. 1 and 2 in their affidavit of assets. It

appears that the market value of this property is Rs.81,50,000/- and the same

can entirely satisfy the awarded amount.

In light of the same, the Receiver is directed to advertise sale of the

property and thereafter sell the property. The proceeds of the sale should be

deposited with the Registrar, Original Side who shall keep the money in an

interest bearing fixed deposit account.

The above process should be completed within two months from date.

GA/3/2020 (Old No.GA/471/2020) is adjourned for the time being and

shall be taken up on the returnable date.

Matter is adjourned to 20th June, 2022.

Report filed by the Receiver be kept with the record.
