The Court : The decree-holder is represented. It is submitted on behalf

of the decree-holder that notwithstanding the order dated 29 August 2018, no

affidavit of assets has been filed by the judgment-debtors.

As a final opportunity, time to file affidavit of assets is extended by a

period of eight weeks from date.

The matter is made returnable in the monthly list of December, 2021. In

default of filing of such affidavit of assets, appropriate orders of warrant of

arrest would be issued against the judgment-debtors.

The decree-holder is directed to forthwith inform the judgment-debtors

of the passing of this order by a registered post with acknowledgement due

and file affidavit of service on the returnable date.
