behalf of the decree holder that notwithstanding an order dated 29th

August, 2018 no affidavit of assets has been filed by the judgment

debtors. Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the decree holder be kept

with the record.

In view of the aforesaid, a final opportunity is granted to the

judgment debtors to file their affidavit of assets within a period of four

weeks from date.

The matter is made returnable on 10th November, 2021.

The decree holder is directed to serve a notice on the judgment

debtors informing them of the returnable date. The decree holder is

directed to file an affidavit of service on the returnable date.
