The Court: It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that

notwithstanding directions for filing of affidavit of assets in the Form No. 16A

of Appendix-E of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, no affidavit of assets has

been filed by the judgment-debtor till date. As a final opportunity, the

judgment-debtor is directed to file the affidavit of assets within a period of four

weeks from date.

In the meantime, the decree-holder is also directed to issue necessary

publication in two local Newspapers in and around Ratnagiri, Maharasthra

and intimate the judgment-debtor that this matter is made returnable on 10 th

November, 2021. The decree-holder shall publish the gist of column 10 of the

Tabular Statement.

The judgment-debtor is directed to positively file the affidavit of assets on

the returnable date.

In default of filling of affidavit of assets, appropriate order for warrant of

arrest would be issued against the judgment-debtor.
