The Court : This is an application for execution of an award dated 15

July 2019. It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that the award has

become final, binding and enforceable.

In view of the aforesaid, there shall be an order in terms of prayer (a) of

the Tabular Statement. The decree-holder is directed to serve a notice upon

the judgment-debtors.

It is made clear that in default of affidavit of assets, appropriate order of

warrants of arrest may be issued against the judgment-debtors.

It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that GA No. 1 of 2020 has

become infructuous with the passage of time.

In view of the aforesaid, GA No.1 of 2020 is disposed of as infructuous.

The matter is made returnable on 18 November 2021.
