The Court : It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that during the

pendency of this application the judgment-debtor has approached the decree-

holder and sought for time to make payment before 30th November, 2021.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the decree-holder, let this

matter appear in the monthly list of November, 2021.

In the meantime, the judgment-debtor is directed to make necessary

payments. The judgment-debtor is also directed to comply with the earlier

directions of Court and file an affidavit of assets prior to the returnable date.

It is made clear that the direction for filing affidavit of assets is peremptory

and no further extension would be granted to the judgment-debtor.
