In view of the aforesaid, the order dated 10 September 2021 is recalled.

EC No.201 of 2019 (wrongly recorded as 'EC No.221 of 2019') is restored.

The matter is made returnable on 28 September 2021. In the meantime

the judgment-debtor is directed to inform this Court as to what steps have

been taken in complying with the order dated 29 July 2019.
