The Court : It is submitted on behalf of decree-holder that

notwithstanding issuance of a warrant of arrest, the same could not be

executed.

In view of the aforesaid, the returnable date for the warrant of arrest is

extended for a period of two months from date.

The warrant of arrest is made returnable on 22 November 2021.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of

the local police station are directed to ensure due execution of the warrant of

arrest and production of the judgment-debtor before this Court on or before

the returnable date.
