The Court: The decree-holder is represented. It is submitted on behalf of

the decree-holder that notwithstanding directions on the judgment-debtors to

file their affidavit of assets, no affidavit has been filed till date. In view of the

non-compliance on the part of the judgment-debtors, let warrants of arrest be

issued against the judgment-debtor nos. 1 and 2.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of the

local Police Station are directed to ensure due execution of the warrants of

arrest and production of the aforesaid judgment-debtor nos. 1 and 2 on or

before the returnable date.

The matter is made returnable on 23rd November, 2021.
