The Court: It appears that there has been no compliance with the previous

orders by the judgment-debtor. In view of the failure of the judgement-debtor to

comply with the earlier orders of this Court, let a warrant of arrest be issued

against the judgment-debtor no.3.

The Jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of

the concerned police station are directed to ensure execution of the warrant of

arrest and production of the judgment-debtor before this Court on or before the

returnable date.

The warrant of arrest is made returnable on 17 November 2021.
