The Court: By orders dated 11th November, 2019 and 17th January,

2020 the returnable date of the warrant of arrest had been extended for a period

of twelve weeks. It is submitted on behalf of the decree holder that since the

warrant of arrest has lapsed, a fresh warrant of arrest be issued against the

judgment debtor no.1.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the decree holder, let warrant

of arrest be issued against the judgment debtor no.1.

The Jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of

the concerned Police Station are directed to execute the warrant of arrest and

ensure presence of the judgment debtor no. 1 before this Court on the adjourned

date of hearing.

This application is made returnable on November 10, 2021.
