The Court : This is an application for execution of an award dated 7th

July, 2017. It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that there is no

challenge to the said award and the same has become final and enforceable.

The Department is directed to issue notices on all the judgment-debtors

in terms of Order 21 Rule 22 (1) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

In the meantime, the judgment-debtors are directed to file their

affidavits of assets in Form No.16A of Appendix-E of the Code of Civil

Procedure, 1908 on or before the adjourned date of hearing, failing which

warrant of arrest may be issued against the judgment-debtors.

The matter is made returnable on 16th of November, 2021.
