The Court : The judgment debtor is produced in Court today and

undertakes to appear before the Court as and when the judgment debtor may be

directed to do so. The judgment debtor also undertakes to file his affidavit of

assets within a week from date. The application is made returnable on 16th

September, 2021 at 3.15 p.m.. The judgment debtor is directed to give security of

an amount of Rs. 2 lakhs which shall be paid in the form of a bankers cheque to

the Advocate-on-Record of the decree holder in the course of the day.

The warrant of arrest issued against the judgment debtor shall remain

suspended until further orders. The judgment debtor shall be present before the

Court on the next day when the matter is taken up for hearing.

The vakalatanama on behalf of the judgment debtor is filed in Court today

be taken on record.
