Mr. Imran Ali, learned Advocate appearing for the State

submits report. Let the report be kept with the record.

The report reflects that the Doctor was implicated in

connection with Phoolbagan Police Station Case No.133 of 2010 for

alleged commission of offences punishable under Section 304(II)/34

IPC.

As none appears for the petitioner and the interim order

was granted on the basis of judgment delivered by the Hon'ble

Supreme Court, I am of the view, that the petitioner being a doctor

at least he must be represented on the question of law before this

court.

Mr. Saryati Dutta, learned advocate empanelled with the

Legal Aid Service Authority is directed to appear in the matter. His

appointment may be regularized by the concerned authority.

List this matter on October 4, 2021 under the same

heading, if required Mr. Imran Ali will be at liberty to call for the

case diary for just opinion in this case.
