This is an application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail in connection with an appeal preferred by the appellant against the judgment of conviction dated 30.8.2019 and order of sentence dated 31.8.2019 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Fast Track Court, at Berhampore, Murshidabad, in Sessions Trial No. 35(12) of 2012 corresponding to Sessions Case No. 11 of 2010 under Sections 302/324 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the evidence of injured witness, P.W 7 and the available records, we are not inclined to release the appellant on bail at this stage. The prayer for suspension of sentence is refused.

In view of the above, CRAN 1 of 2021 is disposed of. In view of the fact that lower court records have received by the department on 28.01.2020.

The department shall prepare the paper book within two weeks after puja vacation.

Liberty to mention for early hearing of the appeal.
