It appears that in an appeal preferred by the writ

applicant a Division Bench of this Court took a decision

dismissing the appeal.

I was one of the two Judges in the appeal and,

therefore, this matter cannot be taken up by me again

and hence this matter is released from my list.

A copy of the said appeal court's judgment and

order dated 1st August, 2019 in FMA 461 of 2019 be kept

on record.
