The Court:- This is an application for execution of an award dated 30 th

January, 2021. It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that the award

has become final, binding and enforceable and there is no challenge to the said

award.

The award is for a sum of approximately Rs.55 lakhs.

It is also submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that there is an

inadvertent typographical error in the Tabular Statement. In prayers (a), (b)

and (c), instead of paragraph 30 of the Affidavit in support of the Tabular

Statement it is wrongly gone down as paragraph 29. Liberty is granted to the

decree-holder to make necessary corrections in the Tabular Statement by

incorporating the correct paragraph number i.e., paragraph 30.

In the meantime, there shall be an order in terms of prayers (a) and (d) of

the Tabular Statement.

The decree-holder is directed to serve a notice on the judgment debtors by

registered post with acknowledgement due and file an affidavit of service on

the returnable date.

Let this matter appear on 10th November, 2021.
