This is an application for execution of a decree dated 29 th May, 2013. It is

submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that there is no challenge to the said

decree and the same has become final, binding and enforceable.

This decree is for a sum of Rs.62 lakhs approximately.

The Department is directed to issue a notice on the judgment debtors

under Order 21 Rule 22(1) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

The matter is made returnable in the Monthly List of November, 2021.
