The Court: Pursuant to the earlier order of Court, the records of
arbitration proceedings are filed in Court. None appears on behalf of the
judgment debtors nor is any accommodation prayed for on their behalf.
This is an application for execution of a decree for approximately Rs.
20 lacs.
It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that there is no
challenge to the said decree and the decree has become final, enforceable
and binding.
In view of the aforesaid, let there be an order in terms of prayer (f) of
the Tabular Statement. The matter is made returnable in the monthly list of
November 2021.
In the meantime, the decree holder is directed to inform the judgment
debtors and file an affidavit of service on the returnable date.
