The Court : It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that

notwithstanding the issuance of warrant of arrest as far back as on 9 October

2015, the same has not been executed.

In view of the aforesaid, let a fresh warrant of arrest be issued against

the judgment-debtor no.1.

The warrant of arrest is made returnable eight weeks hence.

The matter is made returnable on 11 November 2021. In the meantime,

the Deputy Sheriff shall communicate this order to the jurisdictional

Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of the local police station

for immediate compliance.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of

the local police station are directed to ensure due execution of the warrant of

arrest and production of the judgment-debtor no.1 before this Court on or

before the returnable date.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police of the local police station is

directed to file a Report as to why the earlier warrant of arrest could not be

executed in terms of the earlier orders of Court.
