affidavit of assets, the judgment debtor has failed and neglected to file any

affidavit of assets.

As a last chance, the time to file the affidavit of assets is extended by a

period of eight weeks from date.

It is made clear that in default of filing of such affidavit of assets,

appropriate orders of warrant of arrest would be issued against the judgment
