submits that the matter has wrongly appeared in the list and was made

returnable on 17 November 2021. It appears that one Mr. Satyaki Chowdhury,

Advocate, had mentioned this matter for inclusion in the list as the judgment-

debtor no.2 proposed to surrender in view of the order of warrant of arrest issued

against him.

However, none appears on behalf of the judgment-debtor no.2 nor is any

accommodation sought for on his behalf.

In view of the aforesaid, let this matter appear on the returnable date, i.e.

17 November 2021.
