The Court : It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that

notwithstanding earlier orders of Court the warrant of arrest could not be

executed against the judgment-debtors.

In view of the aforesaid, let a fresh warrant of arrest be executed against

the judgment-debtors. The warrant of arrest is made returnable within two

months from date.

Let this matter appear on the 17th November, 2021.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of the

local Police Station are directed to implement this order and ensure due

execution of the warrants of arrest and production of the aforesaid judgment-

debtors on the returnable date.

The Deputy Sheriff is directed to file a Report as to why the earlier warrant

of arrest could not be executed.
