The Court: It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that
notwithstanding issuance of a warrants of arrest, the same could not be
executed. Report submitted by the Deputy Sheriff be kept with the record.
In view of the aforesaid, the returnable date for the warrants of arrest is
extended for a period of two months from date. Decree-holder be directed to
put requisite accordingly.
The warrants of arrest is made returnable on 24th January, 2022.
The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of
the local police station are directed to ensure due execution of the warrants of
arrest and production of the judgment-debtor before this Court on or before
the returnable date.
