Leave as prayed for by the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the

judgment debtor no.4. for filing the vokalatnama/power is granted.

Learned advocate for the award-holder is present. The award debtor

has been arrested and produced before this Court. The award debtor has

given an undertaking that he will be present on the next date so fixed by this

Court i.e. on 20th December, 2021. The award debtor is directed to file his

affidavit of assets within seven days from date.

On the basis of the undertaking given by the award debtor that he shall

be present in Court as and when required and shall file an affidavit of assets,

the warrant of arrest so issued against the award debtor is discharged.
