In view of the order passed in IA No.:CRAN/1/2021 in CRA 150 of 2021 granting bail to two of the accused persons, the instant application under Section 389(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure for suspension of sentence and bail is disposed of with the same order passed on 13th July, 2021, the execution of sentence pending disposal of the appeal be suspended and the accused/petitioner may find bail of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties of like amount, one of whom must be a local surety to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Asansol, Paschim Bardhaman.
