                               The second appeal tender is of year 1998.

                  Additional Stamp Reporter on 14th June, 2006 reported

                  several defects.     Presentation was delayed by 24 days.

                  Certified copies of judgment and decree of trial Court were

                  not filed.      Deficit Court fee was paid and names of

                  respondent nos. 2 to 5 and proforma respondent nos. 6

and 7 as in the memo, do not figure in certified copy of

the decree. Though printed list has been published, none

appears on behalf of appellant.

It is expected that steps would be taken to

remove the defects, failing which put up for 'Final Order'

on 30th July, 2021.
