Additional Stamp Reporter on 11th July, 2006 reported

that presentation was delayed by 13 days. Certified copy

of judgment of appellate and certified copies of judgment

and decree of trial Court in original had not been filed

leading to inability of ascertaining valuation and parties.

Though printed list has been published, none appears on

behalf of appellant.

It is expected that steps would be taken to

remove the defects, failing which put up for 'Final Order'

on 30th July, 2021.
