                   The Second Appeal tender is of year 1992. As per
              report dated 27th August, 1993, it is defective on two
              counts. Firstly, certified copies of judgment and decree of
              the trial Court were not filed and secondly, date of
              judgment of the lower Appellate Court has not been
              mentioned in the memo. Printed list has been published
              but none appears on behalf of appellant.


                   It is expected that steps will be taken to remove the
              defects, failing which put up for 'Final Order' on 30th July,
              2021.
