This appeal has been filed by the

appellants/claimants against the judgment and award

dated April 27, 2018 passed by the learned Judge, Motor

Accident Claims Tribunal, 2nd Court at Chinsurah,

District - Hooghly in M.A.C. Case No. 124 of 2009.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

respondent /Insurance Company submits that the matter

has been settled and the Insurance Company is now

required to pay a further sum of Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees

one lakh) to the appellants/claimants.

In light of the above submission, the respondent

/Insurance Company is directed to pay a further sum of

Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh) to the appellants'/

claimants' bank accounts directly within a period of four

weeks from date of furnishing their bank details.

The appellants/claimants are directed to provide

their bank details along with proof of identity of each to

the respondent/Insurance Company within a period of

two weeks and upon receipt of the same, the Insurance

Company is directed to deposit a further sum of

Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh) to the

appellants'/claimants' bank accounts within four weeks

thereafter in the same proportion as indicated in the

award.

With the aforesaid direction, the instant appeal

is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if

applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of all

formalities, on priority basis.
