Defects have been reported. Firstly, presentation was

delayed by 729 days. Secondly, certified copies of

judgment and decree of trial Court were not filed and

thirdly, there is unnecessary mention of dates of

decrees of the lower Courts, in the memo. Printed list

has been published but none appears on behalf of

appellant.

It is expected the learned advocate will take

steps to remove the defects, failing which put up for

final order on 27th July, 2021.
