The second appeal tender is of year 2002. On

4th September, 2002, it was reported that certified copies

of judgment and decree of the trial Court had not been

filed. Ordersheet reveals learned advocate for appellant

had appeared before Registrar (Administration) on 16 th

April, 2004 and was apprised of the defect. Though

printed list has been published, none appears on behalf of

appellant.

It is expected the defect will be removed, failing

which put up for final order on 27th July, 2021.
