The second appeal tender is of year 2002. It

was reported on 18th August, 2011 that certified

copies of judgment and decree of the trial Court were

not filed leading to inability to verify names of parties

and valuation. None appears on behalf of appellant

inspite of printed list having been published.

It is expected the learned advocate will take

steps to remove the defect, failing which put up for

final order on 26th July, 2021.
